The project addresses the challenge of designing a flexible space that adapts to the pace and needs of a growing company. The use of mobile partitions, green screens, and modular furniture is combined with sophisticated lighting to create an optimal working environment.

Liftra is a company specialized in the fields of maintenance, hoisting and transportation within the wind industry.

The office space represents the image that Liftra as a company wants to convey both to its employees and abroad. It is a place that creates emotional connections, inspires and motivates people. Its design not only fulfils the functional requirements, but also shapes the corporate identity. The new proposal includes several types of spaces, including informal open meeting areas, enclosed spaces of different sizes and a small garden that creates a unique break space and blurs the boundary between inside and outside. These spaces contribute significantly to the well-being of the users, informal interaction with coworkers, and a deliberate culture of taking breaks are important for good mental health.
